Overview

You are experiencing pages that are slow to load. These performance issues also affect the comment list where they display only when the users' pictures load. However when you add a new comment, it immediately displays on the page. You are using Bonzai version 2.2.12.

Solution

To ensure the profile pictures are pulled from Delve and not from Sharepoint, please follow the instructions in Profile Pictures do not appear on Bonzai. 

Testing

1. Check to see if the page still suffers performance issues.
2. If the page is still slow to load, see the article "Slow Loading Of Bonzai Site With High Memory Usage On User's Computer"
3. If the issue is unresolved, contact Bonzai Support and send the following information:
   1. Link of the page with the performance issues
   2. Upload the comment and create a HAR file by following the article "Generating HAR file for troubleshooting". Share the file in the ticket.
   3. Confirm if the issue occurs to a single page or for multiple pages
