Request List of Users to Remove Inactive Employees from Support Portal

Overview

You want a list of users with access to the Bonzai site and the knowledge base in order to delete any users no longer with the company.

Solution

  1. Contact Bonzai Support to request a list of all users with access to the Support portal
  2. The support agent will email you an excel file of all the users
  3. Follow the instructions in “Delete a User from the Zendesk Support Portal
