Overview

You are curious why Internet Explorer is having issues with MS Stream on Bonzai Pages. You confirm that MS Stream works in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

Solution

We recommend using Internet Explorer 11 as our development team will support issues using Internet Explorer. Support requests for Firefox or Edge may be rejected by development as these escalations are not on supported browsers. 

To fix the issue on IE 11, add the URL of your SharePoint site to the Trusted Sites list in Internet Options. 

1. Go to the Tools menu > Internet Options link
   
   
   
2. Click the Security tab
   
   
   
3. Click Trusted Sites > Sites button
   
   
   
4. Enter the URL address > click Add. Be sure the "Require server verification" box is NOT checked. 
   
   

Testing

See if Internet Explorer is now able to use MS Stream on Bonzai pages.

If this fails to resolve the issue, please enable the Developer tools for Internet Explorer and contact Bonzai Support to troubleshoot the issue.

Instructions to Enable Developer Tools:

• Open Local Group Policy Editor by using the Run window (all Windows versions) Press Win + R on the keyboard to open the Run window.
• In the Open field type “gpedit.msc” and press Enter on the keyboard or click OK.
