Overview

The navigation bar is randomly not loading. Some users report getting the errors "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET." You can use Chrome to access Bonzai v2.1.6, but your organization's security settings prevent you from using Microsoft Edge or Chrome's incognito window. You are also unable to generate a HAR file because the browser loads on refresh.

Information

• The error "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" is a network error and happens due to Antivirus or firewall restrictions. It has nothing to do with Bonzai. Please check your antivirus and firewall settings.
• If this error stemmed from Bonzai code, it would either work or not work. There are currently no issues with Bonzai CDNs.
• It is recommended that you upgrade Bonzai to the latest version (e.g. v2.2)
